Refund policy
Cancellation and Modification for Personalized orders:
· Once an order for personalized products has been placed and involves any form of customization, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances. Please ensure all details, including customizations, are correct before finalizing your order
· In the rare event that you need to modify a picture/caption of your personalised product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We shall endeavour to accommodate the changes for you, provided the order has not yet been processed
Processing timelines:
- Once an order is received, you will get an order confirmation and the product will be shipped as per the shipping timeline mentioned on respective product page.
- Once design is shared for approval, if a customer would like any changes to design, they should inform all changes at once. Since we following certain timelines , our design team can do all changes at once. If customer fails to inform about the changes to be made at once or in timely manner, we will ship orders as per our timelines without waiting further.
- You will get a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24hrs for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link.
- Depending on the location, the order delivery timeline will be given in the tracking link shared by the mail and SMS. We do not control these timelines and are not responsible for the same
- We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Giffy Gifting is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of Giffy Gifting. We shall endeavour to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation. Delay in shipping the order due to logistics issues or other issues is acceptable and does not qualify for a refund
- In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you
- Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your purchase. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to change the address. If there’s an issue with the shipping address or delivery, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible
- No return / refund / exchange is possible for freebies & customized products
- No refund will be given for orders that reach late as per customer events (birthdays/anniversary). Please order well in advance to avoid such delays
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer support team immediately. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund if applicable.
- The buyer or recipient must notify us of any damaged or incorrect products within 3 days of receiving the goods. For customers claiming missing items or damaged products, we require an unedited unboxing video as evidence. The customer is required to share the complete video with us via email at emailgiffy@gmail.com or send us on whatsapp to us at +91 93260 90346
- Unboxing video of order is must for us to verify the damage and provide replacement/refund(whichever is applicable. We cannot provide replacement/refund without Product unboxing video.
- In case a shipment is not delivered and returned to origin because of incorrect address or phone number or customer unavailability or refusal (or any other reason from the customer's end), it does not qualify for any refund. The customer can share the correct shipping details and a nominal charge to cover shipping and return costs will be levied before reshipping the order. In case the customer does not want the product anymore for any reason, no refunds shall be made.
International orders:
· We ship international orders through the most reliable service - India Post
· In case of returns due to incorrect address, customer unavailability or any other such reason, no refunds are possible
· In case order is returned due to customs clearance, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
Refund and Replacement Policy:
- No return / refund / exchange is possible for freebies & customized products
- In case an item is refused by the customer on delivery and it is returned, the customer is NOT eligible for any refund
- In case the product is not available/or is out of stock/or we are unable to replace it, the purchase price will be refunded to the customer
- Refunds, if eligible, will be done in the form of cash voucher / credit note of the original invoice value. This cash voucher/credit note can be redeemed against any of the future order.
For orders that contain images:
1. In case you have opted for a product with photograph option, the picture will be cropped to fit in the product properly. In some cases, where the orientation(portrait/landscape) of the image does not match with the product, we will crop it/ or add a background to the image if cropping is not possible.
2. Photographs are printed on matte finish photo paper and the quality completely depends on the resolution of the image shared. Please provide HD quality pictures.
3. No refunds, exchanges will be possible on grounds of photograph quality.
