Giffy is a gifting business specializing in personalized Gifts and Gift hampers. We operate in India and internationally, shipping customized gifts directly to our customers.

2. Products and Customisation

  • All our products are made to order based on customer specifications.
  • Due to the personalised nature of our offerings, please ensure all customization details provided are accurate, as changes cannot be made once the order is processed.

3. Payments

  • We accept all major payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets.
  • We do not offer cash-on-delivery (COD) as a payment option.

4. Shipping Policy

  • Domestic Orders: We use trusted courier partners like DTDC, Ekart, India Post, and Xpressbees for shipping within India.
  • International Orders: Overseas orders are shipped via India Post.
  • Shipping timelines vary based on the product and are mentioned on the respective product pages.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Since we begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, cancellations are not allowed under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

6. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

  • Returns: We do not accept returns for any products.
  • Replacements: Replacements are offered only in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect. Customers must provide an unboxing video as proof to qualify for a replacement. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
  • Refunds will only be processed if a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Giffy values your privacy. We delete all customer-provided data, including images, once the order is fulfilled.
  • We will not share or post customer images on social media without written consent from the customer.

  • All designs, logos, content, and product visuals on the Giffy website are the intellectual property of Giffy. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
