For Bangalore:

• Standard delivery - 3-4 days
• Express delivery - 1-2 days (Rs 250 extra for express delivery)

For rest of India:

• Standard delivery - 5-6 days
• Express delivery - 3-4 days (Rs 350 extra for express delivery)

Working days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

Courier partners - Ekart, DTDC, Speed post, Xpressbees, Delhivery.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on sunday or public holidays. In the event of a high volume of orders/logistics issue, there might be a delay of a few days. 1. How long does it take to deliver?

2. Do you share design for approval before printing ?
Yes, we do share design for Illustration products and products with significant amount of customisation! After order is placed, we send the design for approval on Whatsapp/Email within 1-3 days. Changes, if any , will be done. Unlike other websites, we ensure timely communication with our customers for design approval.

Once you approve the design, we proceed with printing and shipping of the order. For us, customer love matters the most and we ensure that the product quality is the best :)

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we have shipped over 800 orders to 20+ countries till date. Our courier partner for overseas shipping is India post and orders are delivered between 10-20 days after shipping. For exact timelines and shipping charges, please reach out to us on Whatsapp 9326090346 or emailgiffy@gmail.com

5. Do you offer COD?

We dont offer COD on customised products. But depending on order value , we can offer 50% payment advance and balance after design approval by customer. To avail this facility, please reach out to us on whatsapp 9326090346

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded as we start working on orders as soon as we get them.
• All orders undergo 2 quality checks to ensure that you get the best possible quality. Packaging is done is sturdy corrugated / Kappa board boxes with adequate cushioning.
